I have familiarized myself with the Don Miller #343005 case.

Don was prosecuted in Iron County, Wisconsin, in 1997 (Iron County Case No. 97-CF-60) and was sentenced to 42­years in prison. Based upon my own assessment of facts and circumstances of his case:
